Group Pleadges Loyalty To Gov Sule’s Administration

A Political group in Nasarawa state, The Lafia Progressive Forum has pledged loyalty to the administration of Governor Abdullahi Sule.
Chairman of the Forum, Dahiru Hudu Musa while briefing newsmen on Wednesday in Lafia explained that the group is impressed with the giant strides recorded so far by Governor Sule.
Musa condemned a video which have gone viral on the social media by one Muhammedu Barde, a former Youths Leader of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, where he allegedly claimed that the Governor has not been fair to the people of Lafia Local Government Area in the distribution of Appointments despite gaining more votes from the LGA during the 2019 gubernatorial election.
“Muhammed Barde was speaking for himself and does not have the mandate to represent the people of Lafia or their opinion. The good people of Lafia strongly condemn the said video, its content and the use of their names to gain cheap popularity. We therefore distance ourselves from everything the video represents”, he said.
“We in Lafia highly appreciate the generosity of the Governor Sule’s administration in its fair distribution of appointments and developmental projects across all Local Government Areas of the state.
He called on the people of Lafia LGA and the state at large to continue to give the Governor every needed support in order for him to keep up with his giant strides in delivering the dividends of democracy to their door steps.
