MFM: Maureen Badejo Mythomania Exposed Again

There is a saying that a drowning person grabs everything his or her hand touches so as to go down together. Apparently, this is a case study of Maureen Badejo.

Recently, she pened fresh allegations against the General Overseer of MFM, Dr. D.k Olukoya on her blog. However, I have taken it upon myself to enlighten the general public and ask questions that begs for answers. Despite her inequalities, we won’t stop investigating the truth.

In her allegations, she claimed that one of her callers cried out that Dr. Olukoya sexually harassed her, and in her usual vague and unfounded ways of fabricating lies, it is rather comical and laughable as her description of the act were totally preposterous.

According to Maureen, a former staff of MFM explained how she has been in the church for years and her husband is a Christ Apostolic Church, CAC Pastor. She worked at the bookshop department at Calabar, Cross River, Ilorin, Kwara, Mowe, Ogun and Lagos states respectively.

She dubiously narrated how she was invited several times by the General Overseer in Lagos who began to make sexual advances to her but she rejected it. She stressed that on one occasion, he grabbed her and intend having carnal knowledge with her but she immediately pushed him away and frowned at it. According to her, Dr. Olukoya was angered by her reaction, walked her out and sacked her because she refused to cooperate.

Firstly, in her allegations, the identity of the so called accuser was not revealed. I would like Maureen to reveal the identity of the lady, present the public a copy of the sack letter signed by MFM authority and dish us with the date of the happenings. For the record, MFM do not have books department in Calabar, Cross River and Ilorin-Kwara.

The set of credible people that has been working for MFM books department, that have access to the General Overseer are still very much active, also, matters relating to books department are strictly handled by the press management board, whom are yet to reconcile with this imaginary person the General Overseer allegedly sacked because such onus and decision rest on the board.

Furthermore, it could take months if not a matter of urgency before you can get an appointment with the General Overseer, nonetheless have multiple invitations that was said to have lead to sexual harrasment.

The purported lies practically shows that Maureen and her cohorts have no idea on how the General Overseer’s office operates. It’s an open door policy system were by if you get an appointment, it’s a clear way, till it gets to your turn. It’s always a room filled with people, engaged with different activities, prayers, people slayed by the power of the Holy Ghost everywhere, those manifesting, screaming, vomiting and all sort, with meetings of different kinds going on with people from all works of life. As far as I know, there is no hidden chamber or closed door operation in the Dr. Olukoya’s counselling office. Nevertheless, we need to ask Maureen where and how could he have sexually harassed her funny caller in such a place?

Another fallacy from the blog states that the lady in question put a call through to Dr Olukoya’s wife. Mrs Folashade has been away in the UK for two years now and Maureen caller said she reported the General Overseer to his wife, informing her of the alleged nefarious activities being perpetuated by her husband in Nigeria.

Investigating further, no call of such was received by the wife of the General Overseer and I’m certain that none was made because this whole story was a fabricated one courtsey of Maureen and her ignorant caller.

In my previous publications, I have made it clear that her case is being entertained in the court and it is logical to say that Maureen in no time be rewarded with her jail terms accordingly. This is a person who keeps talking about the Uk board of trustees with abysmal ignorance. Apparently, she will soon find out how uninformed and unintelligent she can be with her false accusations, defamatory statements, character assassination and libelous act.

She said; “Dr. Olukoya has been in the news for various alleged financial frauds and other sexual abuses both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom and is currently being investigated by the UK’s Charity Commission for over £2m fraud. The UK commission had earlier indicted and sacked the MFM’s Trustees in August 2020 and appointing interim managers, Adam Stephens of Smith and Williamson”.

The statements above proves that Maureen is another nonentity the society is breeding. She’s in search of fame and fortune through her self-acclaimed expositions programs, she is completely oblivious of facts and have no idea what the true state of the matter is.

In reality, the United Kingdom government never sacked the trustees, the interim manager came on board around August 2019 and till date, the trustees are still there working with him.

As for the alleged £2m fraud, it is only logical that we let Maureen explain to the public where she got such ridiculous information. Till date, Dr Olukoya’s name is not attached to any £2m fraud case.

Unfortunately, manipulators like Maureen and her cohorts preys on vulnerable women like Debbie who is mentally and psychologically imbalance, use them as vessels to tarnish people’s name. How can you in good conscience alledge a man of humility whose character has never be questioned by any well meaning human.

This is just another pursuit of attention and a fabrication that has no basis courtsey of Maureen. Like I pointed earlier, time will tell. Soon, Maureen Badejo will get the judgement that will finally put her where she belongs for good.
