Covid-19 Update: Nigeria Adds 389 New Cases As Kogi Records First Case

Nigeria has added 389 new cases of the coronavirus on Wednesday, with Lagos, the epicenter of the pandemic in the country, recording 256 of the cases to bring the total cases the country to 8, 733.
Unfortunately, Kogi recorded its first case, with two carriers according to data released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC.
Classic International Magazine notes that Wednesday’s data marks a significant increase in the number of daily cases in the last seven days.
There are now 2501 recoveries and 254 deaths (5 added today) recorded nationwide, the NCDC said.
