The 3rd Edition of Perfect Real Estate Group’s High Net worth Individuals Conference tagged HNIC 3.0 took place on Sunday July 30, 2023 at the , Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel,Victoria Island , Lagos State.
It was an evening for showcasing opportunities for individuals to participate in real estate through a partnership that helps to develop capacity that helps open the way to global life style experience. It also affords participants a chance to enjoy free annual vacation to any tourist destination of choice across the globe .
As expected of such an event which has so much appeal and relevant to people of all classes, the venue was filled to the brim.
In his welcome remarks, the President /CEO, Dr Niyi Adeleye of the group said the initiative seeks to empower participants to attain financial freedom, in line with its mandate to raising One million Networth Individuals as Real Estate individuals by the end of the year 2030.
Also, former Captain, Golf Section, Ikoyi Club, a chartered surveyor and the Managing Partner, MI Okoro & Associates, Dr. Chief Meckson Innocent Okoro, while giving the Keynote Addresses highlighted the benefits of Real Estate , and declared that it is the most reliable investment options for financial growth. He however stressed the need to engage the services of professionals to ensure proper and authentic verification of the title document to any property with a view to establishing legal status of such property before making any investment on it .
The event featured segments for speaker after speaker who took turns to provide insights on why Real Estate is the easiest route to break free from the clutches of poverty. The Executive Director of the Group, Madam Tinu Olayeni was first to speak. She gave testimonies about several customers whose fortunes changed through real estate business.
In his remarks, the Group Project Director, Engr Dave Olusegun presented to the participants the rReal Estate Investment opportunities available in Dubai. He encouraged Nigerians to take the opportunity and make a rewarding investment especially as it is tax free. He encouraged Nigerians to take the opportunity of breaking Free from the current financial hardship in the country.
